Praia do Espelho, Trancoso — Bahia, Brazil. South of Trancoso on Bahia's Discovery Coast, Praia do Espelho takes its name, "Mirror Beach", from the clear natural pools that form over the reef at low tide and hold the sky like glass. Red and ochre cliffs and Atlantic forest run down to the sand, and the water stays calm and warm, which is why it is often called one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil.

  • Best time to visit: September to March for the sunniest, driest days; plan around low tide to see the natural pools.
  • Average temperature: About 24–30°C / 75–86°F, with warm water all year.
  • Good to know: The beach is reached by a red-earth road from Trancoso or Caraíva; check the tide table before you go.

The Espelho Guava set pairs a coral-pink triangle top with small cream fan motifs and a tie-side bottom in wide coral-pink and cream stripes.
