Refund and Return Policy

At Fog & Foundry, our products are custom-made to order using a Print on Demand (POD) process. Because each item is manufactured uniquely for you upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. All sales are final.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order. Please inspect your items immediately upon reception. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product or a misprinted design, contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@fog-foundry.com. Please include your order number and clear photographic proof of the manufacturing defect or shipping damage. We will evaluate the issue immediately and arrange for a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

2. Exchanges

Because items are printed on demand, we do not support standard product exchanges. If you require a different size or design, you will need to place a separate, new order through our storefront.

3. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the policy above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you retain the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must contact us at support@fog-foundry.com prior to sending items back. Returns must be shipped to our designated facility: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas, 75019.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a printing error, manufacturing defect, or damage during transit, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time to post the credit to your account.
