Playa Norte, Isla Mujeres — Mexico. At the northern tip of Isla Mujeres, a small island a short ferry ride from Cancún, Playa Norte is a wide arc of soft white sand where the Caribbean stays shallow, calm and turquoise far out from the shore. It is one of the few beaches on Mexico's Caribbean coast where you can watch the sun set over the water.

  • Best time to visit: December to April, the dry season with calm seas and clear skies; summer is hotter and more humid, with rain showers.
  • Average temperature: Highs of about 27–32°C / 81–90°F; the sea stays around 26–29°C.
  • Good to know: Ferries from Cancún take about 20 minutes; stay for sunset, when the whole beach turns gold.

 

The Isla Mujeres Sorbet set pairs a tangerine triangle top with hot-pink wavy diagonal stripes and a solid hot-pink tie-side bottom.

Made from soft recycled fabric with double layering and UPF 50+.
